Nicole is a luxury hotel veteran and former Forbes Travel Guide auditor. She offers over 18 years of experience as an executive director of luxury hotel brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and St Regis Hotels. Her main focus is in Rooms Division Operations and she offers a specialty in Luxury Hotel Spas. She has worked on the corporate team for St Regis Hotels in new builds and transitions as an expert in the spa division as lead project manager, operations director and spa concept and design innovator. In the last twelve years of her career, she has had the opportunity to recruit for hospitality's finest and lead multiple projects of over $750+ million builds as a Hotel Consultant and project manager for her personal company Reculture LLC. Last year Reculture LLC placed over $8M in salaries in the luxury hotel sector, largely led with Nicole's direction.
Leon has opened and worked at luxury Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond hotels and resorts (Four Seasons, St. Regis and Mandarin Oriental) around the world with wonderful results. He has served as line staff, assistant manager, department head, assistant director, director and executive committee member of different and multiple departments. After hospitality, he transferred industries to the tech sector with Google, Apple (and other workplace, hospitality and recruitment consultancy services).
